Amanda Ngov:
I am currently a freshman at Drexel University and hoping to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in five years. As a child I was born and raised in the suburbs of Trooper, Pennsylvania. I attended the Methacton School District my entire life as a student. Constantly needing the lively and active life compared to the suburbs, I decided to attend Drexel because it was in the city of Philadelphia. As if coming to Drexel University, I have become a participant of the Concrete Canoe Club, Sea Perch Mentoring Program and a Desk Assistant at Calhoun Resident Hall. This hectic life has allowed me to be constantly active and to create many connections with different worlds of the University. I hope to further my secondary education at Drexel University and continue my lovely life as a student studying Civil Engineering.

Task in Project: Captain of the Process
I am a freshman at Drexel University and am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering in the five year program. Although I do not have a specific idea of what I would like to do as a chemical engineer I have faith that I will find my niche. I grew up in Audubon, New Jersey which is a small town in South Jersey about fifteen minutes outside of Philadelphia. I have attended Catholic School my entire life, graduating from Paul VI High School. I decided to study at Drexel University based on the Co-op program and the lively atmosphere. I feel as if Drexel University will facilitate the growth of my knowledge in the science world to the fullest extent and I look forward to continuing my studies.
